• Quick Step Guide: Melt chocolate and pour into cavities. Turn mould upside down to revome some of the chocolate, leaving behind a 'chocolate shell'. Place in fridge for 10-15 mins to harden. Remove from fridge and fill the chocolate shells with caramel/ganache/filling of your choice. Cover over with chocolate to close the bottom of the truffle - Vola! Filled chocolate treats.
