We offer a variety of different payment options, the following information should answer most questions, but if you have any questions or concerns please contact us.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

 

We accept several payment options for your convenience. We can accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept debit cards which have the Visa or MasterCard logo on them. In addition, we can take payments through PayPal as well.

 

What Online Security do you Provide?

Are there any Extra Fees?

 

The total price of your order will be clearly displayed on the order page before you confirm your purchase. This includes the price of your products plus any shipping charges that are collected. This price does not include any charges/transaction fees your bank may apply.

 

Can you provide a VAT receipt?

 

As a new start-up business, we are not VAT registered (as we fall below the VAT threshold). Therefore we can not provide a VAT invoice. All prices shown do not include a VAT charge. We have tried to keep our prices as low as possible to offset any VAT that you or your business may have been able to claim back.

 

Can I Mail you a Check?

 

At this time we only take payments made through the internet or over the telephone using one of the above mentioned methods.

 

Can I Make an Order Over the Phone?

 

Yes, we can take orders/payments over the phone.

 

Is there a Minimum Order?

 

No, there is no minimum order amount, so you can buy one pack of lollipop sticks or one chocolate mould; you buy only what you need. The shipping charges will be automatically applied to your cart once you click and fill in the 'Estimate Shipping' link in your shopping cart so you know exactly what your total is before you proceed to checkout.

 

During Checkout or Estimate Shipping, I don’t have a Postcode but it’s Marked as Required?

 

You can type in 00, none or default.

 

Do I have to Create an Account in order to Purchase?

 

No, it is not necessary to create an account to make a purchase – you can checkout as a guest if you wish. Accounts are available to customers if desired, and can make the checkout process faster by having your details entered automatically once logged in.

 

What Happens After I Place an Order?

 

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order details. When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email notifying you of this update. If you have not received any confirmation emails it is usually because of an incorrect email address supplied to us. Please contact us if this occurs to check we have the correct email address
