 6 Circular Bon Bon Pieces and 2 Rectangle Shaped Chocolate Bars - with Ripple/Chevron Design on Top, Just Like in the Shops!!

 

  • Due to the depth of the mould cavities, you can fill with caramel/ganache/filling of your choice to create filled bon-bon or bars!!
  • Quick Step Guide: Melt chocolate and pour into cavities. Turn mould upside down to revome some of the chocolate, leaving behind a 'chocolate shell'. Place in fridge for 10-15 mins to harden. Remove from fridge and fill the chocolate shells with caramel/ganache/filling of your choice. Cover over with chocolate to close the bottom of the bon-bon/bar - Vola! Filled chocolate treats.
  • Each bon-bon/bar has a ripple/chevron design on top, just like you get in the shops.
  • Each bar piece is approximately: Rectangle 1¼" x 2" x ⅝" deep (32mm x 51mm x 16mm deep), Round Bon-Bon 1¼" Diameter x ⅝" Depth (32mm Diameter x 16mm Depth).
  • Made from top quality, durable plastic these moulds can be reused time and time again.
  • All plastic chocolate moulds are approved by FDA.
  • You can make approximately 40 pieces per 450g of chocolate.
  • Hand wash only, NOT dishwasher safe.
  • Safe to 120°F (48°C).

To clean your Chocolate Moulds: Hand wash in luke-warm water, rinse and thoroughly dry before reusing.

Recommended Temperatures: The recommended maximum temperature for these Chocolate Plastic Moulds is about 120°F (48°C). These moulds should NOT be used for boiled sweets (hard candy) or other hot ingredients.

 

Material Information: These Plastic Chocolate Moulds are made in the USA using PETG (Polyethylene Terepthalate Glycol). PETG is a food contact approved material and is also eco-friendly (as it is fully recyclable). All plastic chocolate moulds are approved by FDA (Food & Drug Administration). The FDA is an American agency for Health and Human Services responsible for protecting and promoting public health through the regulation and supervision of food safety.
